My name is Sam Darby and I am blessed that with the entire internet as your playground, you’re listening to me.

Training and proper nutrition made me a better person. It increased the quality of my life in numerous ways. I’m passionate about helping people through fitness. Every client I coach, every post I write: I’m here to serve you and make your life better.

After years of trial and error, and testing various different methods of training, nutrition and lifestyles I feel like I Know what I’m doing. 

I’ve helped loads of clients improve their  health, body and mind with my coaching. Now it’s time for you to start your transformation!

4) You don’t get a diet, we work with your own… 

…We may throw it on a little big but as we go along we will make amendments as appropriate that will bring you closer to how you want to look.

5) We execute the programme with constant contact…

I had been going to the gym for a long time, but I could never crack how to build a great physique. What always evaded me was consistent weight loss – I just didn’t get it! Sam was only ever a message away, and we were often in contact discussing this or that aspect of fitness, it was always easy to have my questions answered. Being part of a coaching team meant that accountability for my progress was shared, this was helpful to increase my motivation and self-discipline.

The gym sessions were only scheduled three times a week, which was manageable. We focused on building strength using reverse pyramid lifting patterns. We explored a variety of movements from callisthenics holds to powerlifting movements, and high volume isolation exercises.

In conclusion, Sam’s coaching enabled me to lose weight and gain strength easily and quickly. I fully endorse Sam and would recommend him to anyone!

How long does the coaching program last?

There is no contract period with my coaching, you can work with me 2 weeks, or 2 years, it’s totally up to you. 

How do I know the payment is secure?

All of your payments will be processed through pay pal, where you can cancel at any time. 

I am vegan, is that ok?

If you are vegan then I can advise you in general dieting principles, however, I am not specialised in veganism.
