Achieving a lean, athletic body is easy and I’m on a mission to prove it to as many people as possible. 

I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness, which is what led me to creating BodyFor.Life. 

I believe in balance and simplicity, which is why I’m absolutely certain that our system will work for you.

My attitude towards diet and nutrition has changed dramatically throughout my years of training. I believe that there should be a balance between adopting a healthy lifestyle and indulging in the things you enjoy, which inevitably make you happy. 

I’ve tried many different calorie deprivation diets and have come across several ill-informed trainers and dieticians simply making the art of dieting for fat loss more complicated than it really needs to be. 

I apply the 80/20 philosophy to my nutrition…

20% of your actions will lead to 80% of your results – so why overcomplicate it?
